Professional Experience
Paula Canterino is a nurse practitioner with extensive experience in hematology/oncology. She has been with Atlantic Hematology/Oncology LLC since 1996.
Paula earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey in 2001, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in 1993 and her Associate Degree in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986. She obtained certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and National Certification in Advanced Oncology Nursing in 2001.
Before her current role, Paula served as a clinical research nurse on the Gastric and Mixed Tumor Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
Paula is married, has three children, and lives in Sea Girt, New Jersey.
